I promise to walk a thousand miles,
Holding thy mushy hand.
I promise to bring down crimson smiles,
From the rainbow band.
I promise to make thou kiss the moon,
And bring back glistening light.
I promise to play thy preferent tune,
Flying high like a kite.
I promise to fight with devilish men,
Who dare to stare at you.
I promise to dig down ocean again,
From drops of winter dew.
I promise to break through mountain rocks,
To make thy lanes anew.
I promise to take thou beyond the locks,
Into the folds of blue.
I promise to seek a cerise rose,
To embellish thy hairs.
I promise to pull thou yet more close,
To leave no gap of air.
I promise to love you more each day,
Till the end of shore.
I promise to open up brighter ways,
Beyond the global door.
I promise to make you smell the wild,
Through woody lands of grace.
I promise to make thy tracks too mild,
To behold thy smiling face.
I promise to let no stones or thorns,
Ever come thy way.
I promise to stay through nights and morns,
To love you more each day.
I promise to train thy wings to fly,
Fluttering through the breeze.
I promise to make thou kiss the sky,
O'er the riotous seas.
I promise to swim through frozen streams,
To make thou reach thy goal.
I promise to dwell in all thy dreams,
As thy beloved soul.
I promise to walk through chartless lanes,
Beyond the walls of death.
I promise to bind you in my veins,
With the strings of faith.
